If you find that a product does not perform as you expected then please let me know within 30 days of the sale. I will initially try to work with you to address any issues that you may have. I've often found that a brief exchange of emails or a phone call, will address the majority of questions. If the issue remains unresolved I will make a refund of your purchase price.
