First, it does work in both PoserPro and PoserPro 2010 current Beta on a Mac
Say I have a ship and I want to have rope with a curve going to a dock as if the ship was tied up, yet the rope has some slack (curve) from it's own weight.
I need to go from point A to point B and need to wrap the rope around a cylinder type devise on the dock. Clueless what they are called. Is there any way other then guessing how long the rope should be? If I am short I assume I can go to figure:Body and scale the length. But I am looking for your expert advise on how to come to a length other then trial and error
Granted I know I don't need a lot of segments in the general length of the rope to effect the curve, but do need a lot where I wrap it around the do-hikcy on the dock.
Thanks for the great product.

The length will be exactly equal to twice, half the distance between the ship and the bollard.
Or .....
Try using more than one rope. Pose one coiled around the bollard. Have the other coming from the ship. Hide the join behind the bollard. I suspect that this will be easier to pose than doing it all in one length.
Scale the body of the ship to shore rope as required. _________________
