I converted a M3 (Michael?) leader pants with shoe to Don P5.
Unfortuntely the shoetoe on pants doesn't bend with figure toe.

The grouping of the shoe toes is probably wrong some way, if you are comfortable editing object grouping then it is fairly easy to fix.

Try turning IK off for the shoes, and possibly the figure.
