This was a feature requested by a forum member which I am happy to accommodate.

The base clothing figures now include ten morph target channels that may be defined by the user. In this way if you have created a morph of the cloth that you wish to share you can create a morph injection pose and distribute that without infringing the Clothing Designer EULA. It works like this:-

If you intend to sell your custom morph start by ensuring that all the existing morph dials are set at zero. If you will be making a freebie then just ensure that the Figure morph dial is at zero. For freebies I'm not concerned if your morph uses a combination of existing morphs but if are selling it then it should only contain your own original work.

Then create the morph either with Poser magnets or in a 3rd party modeler.

When you are happy with the result use the Poser menu Object/Spawn Morph Target to generate the morph dial.

Save the figure to the library. Save with a new name DO NOT over write any existing file. In this example I saved as "Custom Morph.cr2"

Next transfer the custom morph information into the Sample INJ pose file which is included in the Clothing Designer file set. You'll find it in Runtime\Libraries\Pose\PhilC Designs\Clothing Designer.

Save the edited INJ pose file with a new name. You can also use the Sample REM Pose file to create a matching remove file but to be honest unless you are going to be continually switching custom morphs I think there will be little point.

You will then be able to distribute the INJ (injection) and REM (remove) pose files and hence share your morphs. Please ensure that you clearly indicate which of the base figures the INJ pose applies to since they will not be interchangeable.

Please note that you will need the current version of the Clothing Designer Basic Clothing to be able to use this feature. The zip file name is ClothingDesigner_BasicClothing_04.zip it includes the Poser 7 update and all the extra figure packs 1 thro' 3. I am sending out emails to customers with a link to the updated zip. If spam filter gremlins eat your copy please let me know and I'll resend.
