Getting help using Windows Remote Assistance |
|
There may be times when a "hands on" approach is going to work better than a continued exchange of emails. If I have directed you to this page please read through the following instructions. It will allow me to access your computer and perform the required tasks remotely. Please note the following:-
Success is dependent on getting a good Internet connection and ensuring that your computer's firewall and security software is configured to allow me access. When this works it provides a very good means of effecting a solution to an issue, however please be aware that if a connection can not be establish we will need to try something else. |

Please note that I will do my very best to help you. Internet connections and gaining access can be problematical. When this works it works very well and provides a very efficient way of addressing issues. When it does not then it can be very frustrating. In those cases we'll find another way. Thank you PhilC |
